Fall Arts Showcase Slated for Nov. 1 at Swedish/Issaquah

The public is invited to ‘A Night Out at Swedish: Fall Arts Showcase’ on Thursday, Nov. 1 from 6-8 p.m. This free evening event, which will take place in the first-floor lobby of Swedish/Issaquah (751 N.E. Blakely Dr., first floor), will feature a community concert by the Sammamish Symphony String Quartet.

Swedish/Issaquah is hosting this fall arts event in honor of a new exhibit happening at the Seattle Art Museum. The new exhibit, titled Elles, is an unprecedented set of exhibitions and programs showcasing women artists.

Attendees will also be treated to:

  • Docent-led and self-guided art walks highlighting the Northwest women’s artwalk on public display throughout Swedish/Issaquah.
  • artEast’s The Rookery Project, which is a display of herons designed by local artists.
  • A free glass of wine!
  • Seattle Art Museum two-for-one coupons to the Elles art exhibit.
  • 10-percent off select merchandise at The Shops at Swedish, and complimentary bra fittings at the Perfect Fit boutique.
  • Free 8-ounce, shot-brewed Starbucks coffee.
  • And access to Swedish/Issaquah’s renowned Café 1910, which will be open for dinner.

 Swedish/Issaquah invites the community to this evening of art, music, wine and fun!

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children.
