The public is invited to ‘A Night Out at Swedish: Fall Arts Showcase’ on Thursday, Nov. 1 from 6-8 p.m. This free evening event, which will take place in the first-floor lobby of Swedish/Issaquah (751 N.E. Blakely Dr., first floor), will feature a community concert by the Sammamish Symphony String Quartet.
Swedish/Issaquah is hosting this fall arts event in honor of a new exhibit happening at the Seattle Art Museum. The new exhibit, titled Elles, is an unprecedented set of exhibitions and programs showcasing women artists.
Attendees will also be treated to:
- Docent-led and self-guided art walks highlighting the Northwest women’s artwalk on public display throughout Swedish/Issaquah.
- artEast’s The Rookery Project, which is a display of herons designed by local artists.
- A free glass of wine!
