Massage Envy Provides Free Massages for the Military on July 23 to Help Ease Stress, Promote Long-Term Health
All Puget Sound area Massage Envy locations give thanks to the military with free one-hour massage sessions for active-duty military and spouses
What: On July 23, local Massage Envy clinics,
massage has been linked to stress reduction as well as many other benefits including lower blood pressure, improved sleep and relaxation.
Who: Active-duty military and/or their spouses, including existing Massage Envy members, may schedule their free massage sessions at any of the 21 Puget Sound area Massage Envy clinics.
Participants are encouraged to book early to reserve their spot; reservations can be made by contacting the specific Massage Envy location of choice. Military ID will be required at check-in.
When: Monday, July 23
The clinics will be providing massages throughout the day during regularly scheduled business hours, typically 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Participating Puget Sound area clinics
