Brush Fire on EB90 & SR18

Brush fire that took place today created a bit of chaos, especially for drivers.  Approximately 50x200 feet with 1-2 feet high flame lengths. Unknown how the fire started, but it's a reminder that even with the recent rainfall, we have plenty of warm weather ahead.  Even more importantly is that we should all be extra careful as fire danger remains high.  This brush fire took place along a highway, but what "if" it took place in Sammamish or Issaquah.  Many homes could be in the path.  Talk to your children, pay attention to the road conditions and where you may stop your vehicle (dry grass, vegetation), and please do not throw out cigarette butts.  You can help keep our community safe!
