Help Available for Smokers with A Desire to Finally End that Habit

Are you ready to become a non-smoker? It may be easier than you think.

Every year, many smokers will make a renewed effort to try to quit smoking. This year, rather than going “cold turkey”, smokers in the area can get help with hypnosis. Hypnotherapist Laura Rude wants to help local residents who smoke to fulfill their resolution to quit smoking.

“The health benefits of quitting smoking are undeniable. A smoker who quits reduces their risk of developing smoking-related heart disease, stroke, cancer and emphysema,” said Laura. “The best time for a smoker to decide to quit is now.”

Laura has worked with hundreds of clients seeking to quit smoking or requesting information to assist loved ones in their efforts to stop smoking. The requests increased when the ban on smoking indoors became effective in Washington back in 2005.

“While stopping smoking can be difficult, with hypnosis, it can be done without the cravings and withdrawal symptoms.” Laura states.

The hypnosis sessions give smokers control over their smoking triggers and mental and physical cravings. The self hypnosis instruction and hypnosis reinforcement CD help clients deal with emotions including stress and boredom, which often lead to relapse.

Additional benefits of quitting include avoiding premature wrinkling of the skin, stained teeth, gum disease, smelly clothes and hair, yellow fingernails and regaining a sense of smell and taste.
