Urgent Need for Part-time Math/English Instructors

Sammamish Eye Level Learning Center (near Pine Lake Plaza) is very urgently seeking part-time Math and English Instructors to coach students under the supervision of a Center Director in our dynamic, after-school, enrichment program. This is a part-time, year-round position.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree, WA Certified Teachers preferred
2. Availability: Currently Tuesdays thru Thursdays from 2:30 pm -- 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am -- 11 AM with some flexibility to attend previously announced training and promotional events. There is a possibility of extension of days and hours in the next few months.

Knowledge and Experience:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Openness to learn and follow program requirements.
3. Prior experience with youth in an educational setting.

General Responsibilities:
1. Guide individual student learning in a small instructor-student ratio environment.
2. Follow program guidelines.
3. Record student progress.
4. Grade student booklets as needed.
5. Assist with previously announced promotional events as needed.
6. Assist with Center operations (upon request).

Compensation: Depending upon experience. Incentives offered with experience with Eye Level.
