One of our Patch users sent us this note, forwarded to her from a local Homeowners Association.
Chris and I were heading out to watch a movie this afternoon, and nearly ran over this poor dog in the middle of Duthie Hill Road near 270th Ave SE. If the guy coming towards us in the other lane hadn't flashed his lights he'd probably be a goner.
No tags, no RFID chip; just a sweet disposition. We knocked on a couple doors in the area, but couldn't find the owner.
We'll put up posters along Duthie Hill Rd, but if you could forward this to anyone you know who lives along Duthie Hill, I'd appreciate it.
Tonight (Dec. 2) he's at Alpine Animal Hospital in Issaquah and tomorrow will transfer to the King County Animal Control facility in Kent. They'll hold him there for three days then put him up for adoption.
