One Click: Weekend Guide From Sammamish Patch

By this time each week, Sammamish Patch usually has posted several suggestions on how to spend Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.

The catch, of course, is the limited number of spots on the site's homepage. So, we have "One Click," which is a guide to all the guides we've put together.

Technically, it might be more than One Click to see everything. But if we used the phrase "Possibly More Than One Click but Certainly Less Than 10 Clicks" - which is accurate - we'd probably end up sounding like an answer to a standardized test.

Girls Basketball Playoff:  takes on South Kitsap on Friday night at Rogers High School in Puyallup.

Get Out: On Friday night,there's an improv comedy show and silent auction at . The Sammamish Symphony Orchestra plays Sunday afternoon. Also, there are great events in Redmond.

Applying for College in a Recession: On Saturday at 1 pm, this seminar will be held at the .

Mother Daughters Book Club: It's a monthly meeting, which will be held this Saturday at 3 pm at the Sammamish Library. It's for girls from ages 10 to 13 (and their mom, too, of course).

Great Escape: Bowling. Still fun. Really, in a Seattle-area way.

Chilly Hilly Bike Ride: With a name like that, how can we forget the ride this Sunday? One advantage: You can enjoy the ferry ride across the Puget Sound to Bainbridge Island.

House Hunt: This weekend, you can drop by and tour homes for sale. Some are selling the $200,000 to $300,000 range. One is selling for over $1 million. With this week's snow, it's best to check road conditions. 

Patch Picks: The Summit at Snoqualmie is close to Sammamish. Plus, this week's snow should make for some great weekend skiing.

Grab & Go Kids Planner: Moms (and dads), there's roller skating in Bellevue on Friday from noon to 6 pm. On Saturday, go to Lowes in Renton to make a wooden race car (free). Or catch a flick for teens on Friday evening on Mercer Island.
