Dec. 16: Waddler Story Time at the

• For ages 9 to 24 months with an adult caregiver. Age limits enforced.
• New walkers enjoy stories, puppets, movements and music.

Dec. 16 and 17: Live Nativity at the

• 7 - 9 pm
• For the whole family.
• Performances run every 20 minutes with the last performance at 8:40 pm.

Dec. 17th: Gift workshop at Museo Arts in Issaquah

• 9:30 to Noon
• For ages six and up
• Students will create three separate fine art gifts wrapped and ready for gift giving.  More information on the class and on the winter break half day art camps on the school’s website.

Dec. 17: Ebooks 101 at the

• 1 - 3 pm
• For ages 13 and up.

December 17: It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play at Issaquah’s Eastridge Church

• 2 pm and 7 pm
• For the whole family
• Enjoy a live performance based on the classic film It’s a Wonderful Life.
• Free but a ticket is required. Secure tickets online. 

Dec. 18: Reindeer Festival at the Cougar Mountain Zoo in Issaquah

• 10 am to 4:30 pm daily, Dec. 1 to 23rd, 11 am to 3 pm Dec. 26 to 30th
• For all ages
• Visit Santa’s reindeer, mail a letter to Santa while waiting to have photos taken with Santa and hear a holiday story read by an elf. While you are at the zoo visit the Bengal tigers and new cougar cubs too.
• Cost: $12.50 adult or $10.50 two to 12 (includes admission to the entire zoo), under age two are free.

Dec. 20: Teen Writer’s Group at the

• 3:30 - 5 pm
• For teens.
• Talk about writing while enjoying snacks.  Critique or be critiqued or just observe.
• Free

Dec. 22: The Reindeer and the Dreidel Puppet Show at the Sammamish Library

• 6:30 - 7:30 pm
• For the whole family.
• Enjoy a tale of a little girl on her way to celebrate Hanukkah who collides with Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer. They teach each other about their holidays traditions and outwit a greedy inn keeper and his daughter who attempt to steal Santa’s bag.
• Cost: Free but arrive early as space will be limited.
