Play Date! Jan. 25 - Feb. 1: Peter Pan, Cavalia, and More

Fun activities and some sweet deals for the whole family this upcoming week.

Jan. 25: Toddler Story Time at the

  • 10 am to 10:45 am, 11 am to 11:45 am
  • For ages two to three with an adult caregiver.  Siblings are welcome
  • Share songs and books with your active toddler!

Jan 25 to Feb. 19: Cavalia at Marymoor Park

  • Don’t miss this magical show featuring beautiful horses, extraordinary riders, live music, amazing aerial stunts and acrobatics.

Jan 26: Drop In Play Time at Kidz Bounce

  • Kidz Bounce is just minutes from Sammamish, exit 22 off I-90 in the Preston Industrial Park.  The facility offers giant inflatable structures, slides and obstacle courses. Great place to take toddlers on a rainy day to bounce off some energy or meet up with friends for an  indoor and active play date.
  • Drop-In Play is offered every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and also Tuesday evenings from 5 pm to 6:30 pm.
  • Cost: $7 per child, parents and kids under age two accompanying an older sibling are free.

Jan. 27 & Jan 28: Peter Pan at

  • Jan. 27 7 p.m. performance, Jan. 28 1 p.m. matinee performance
  • This is the Studio East/Dickinson PTSA production that was rescheduled at the new venue and dates because of last week’s snow. 
  • This is a fun opportunity to take younger children to a live performance of a musical, at a close to home, “kid-friendly” venue.
  • Tickets at the door and on sale during lunch time this week at .  All pre-sale tickets for previous show dates will be honored at the Jan. 27 -28 shows.
  • Cost: $6

Jan. 28: Tree Potting at the Mountains to Sound (MTS) Greenway Native Plant Nursery at Lake Sammamish State Park

  • Your kids will learn about environmental stewardship while your family works with other volunteers to pot native trees and shrubs that will be planted in parks and forests along I-90.
