Sammamish Holiday Lighting Ceremony This Wednesday, Nov. 30

Don't miss the annual ceremony, complete with music, cookies, and reindeer fire truck rides

will be aglow with good cheer this Wednesday, Nov. 30, as the city holds its annual holiday lighting ceremony, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm.Β 

The event will include a performance by the Rachel Carson Elementary School chorus, followed by a countdown to light the city's official tree and Menorah simultaneously.

The city will have a heated tent set up for cookie decorating for the kids, with refreshments on hand, and Sammamish Police will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots holiday drive.

Little ones will be sure to enjoy reindeer fire truck tours with Eastside Fire & Rescue.

The event is sponsored by the city of Sammamish and the Sammamish Youth Board.
