Thanksgiving Leftovers: What Do You Do With Them?

Share your best recipes for the day after.

Dinner’s done and the only thing more stuffed than the bird is you--and possibly your refrigerator. Now the question is: What to do with all those leftovers?

I've always been in the simple reheating camp, but I admit it's mostly for lack of knowledge, but I'm trying to learn more. This year I looked up how to cook giblets so we could have real giblet gravy (and a little liver treat for the pup), and my mom kindly saved all the bird juice for me to use later, but I'm at a loss as to what to do with it. And I've heard there are some pretty nifty things you can do with mashed potatoes, too.

From savory turkey soups to sinfully delicious pot pies and mile-high sandwiches, everyone has their own ideas on what to do with what’s leftover. The Food Network even has an entire recipe collection dedicated to the topic.
