The Whiffenpoofs of Yale University

Come out Friday, May 4 for a wonderful event concert by Whiffenpoofs, the world's oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group and one of Yale's most celebrated traditions.

Founded in 1909 in New Haven, Connecticut, Whiffenpoofs continue their proud tradition of outstanding musicianship and exceptional entertainment. Each year, they perform over 200 concerts around the world at large concert halls, private events, country clubs, schools and churches. The group has performed for the likes of Presidents Reagan, Bush I and II and Clinton, Mother Theresa and the Dalai Lama, in venues such as Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center, for events such as The World Series, SNL, The West Wing and NBC's The Sing Off. Β 

Doors will open at 6 p.m. with light refreshments. Concert begins at 7 p.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Chapel at Eastside Catholic. This event is FREE and open to the public. Space is limited, so please register by May 2.
