Want to be a better chef and a better recycler? Visit Waste Management’s booth at Redmond Derby Days IMPACT Eco-Fair to see local chef Lisa Dupar demonstrate four signature recipes while learning easy ways to recycle your food scraps and food-soiled paper. Demos will be performed at 12:00, 1:30, 3:00 and 4:30 on July 14th.
