House Hunt: During the Long Fourth of July Weekend, Sammamish Homes for Sale Will be Open to Visit

This regular feature from Sammamish Patch gives potential buyers a sense of what the city's residential real estate market has to offer.

The three-day Fourth of July weekend might be a slower one for many Sammamish residents, as they leave town or just relax with relatives and friends at picnics.

But there will be homes to tour this weekend. As of earlier this week, these two homes were for sale. This real estate information came from reporting, real estate agents, fliers and the John L. Scott website.

The listed addresses will take you directly to the property or to the closest intersection on GPS. Some developments are so new that GPS is unable to locate the exact location.
