House Hunt: Expect a Sunny Weekend - and Sammamish Homes to Tour, too

Here are eight houses that are for sale in Sammamish. This regular feature on Sammamish Patch gives people a sense of the city's residential real estate market.

Editor's note: The tours for these homes for Aug. 27 and 28 are over. Please check Sammamish Patch in the coming days for the next edition of this feature.

The following houses in Sammamish will be open to tour this weekend. As of earlier this week, they were still for sale. This real estate information came from reporting, real estate agents, fliers and the John L. Scott website.

The listed addresses will take you directly to the property or to the closest intersection on GPS. Some developments are so new that GPS is unable to locate the exact location.

Sammamish Patch has a regular . Also, earlier this month, Money ranked the city as the 15th best small town in the country. If you're an agent or homeowner, you can submit photos and information for next week's House Hunt feature.

The agents listed are the last known ones to work on selling a specific property. If new agents are handling a house listed, please email the new contact information to brad.wong@patch.com.

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children. Market day is a date of dinner out (side) & shopping (vegetables, fruits and now HedgeHog Toffee) with my husband. Doesn't get much better than that! SEE YOUR THERE! Susan Gerend
