House Hunt: Sammamish Homes to Tour This Memorial Day Weekend

This regular feature on Sammamish Patch gives potential homebuyers a sense of the Sammamish housing market.

The following houses in Sammamish will be open to tour this weekend. As of earlier this week, they were still for sale. This real estate information came from reporting, real estate agents, fliers and the John L. Scott website.

The listed addresses will take you directly to the property or to the closest intersection on GPS. Some developments are so new that GPS is unable to locate the exact location.

Sammamish Patch has a regular  and recently wrote that the March median closing price for a single-family house had increased to $509,990.

But the April median closing price for Sammamish-area homes dipped to $485,000, according to Northwest Multiple Listing Service statistics released on May 5. That amount is a 6.7 percent drop from the year-ago period, which had a median price of $520,000.

There were 120 closed house sales in the Sammamish area in April, down by 3 from the same month in 2010. The total number of listings last month was 701, up from 673 in April 2010.
