Sammamish Patch has a regular  and recently wrote that the median closing price for Sammamish-area houses in May dropped to $475,000, according to Northwest Multiple Listing Service statistics.

A recent study from Coldwell Banker Real Estate ranked Sammamish as the third most expensive housing market in the state - based on listing price.
