This week's local chamber events promise to be interesting. Check them out:
Issaquah Chamber
Tomorrow's a big day for Moms in Issaquah. The is holding a special celebration for Moms at from noon to 2 p.m. tomorrow, May 16—and Moms get in free.
Julianne Pierson of Extraodinary Mama will be the keynote speaker at the event, which is hosted by the chamber and sponsored by Banic Chiropractic & Massage.
Other features at the event include chair massages, prizes and giveaways, and participants can get discounted childcare at Adventure Kids for the event.
Sammamish Chamber
The holds its monthly luncheon on Thursday, May 17, at the with featured speaker Ben Yazici, Sammamish's city manager. Yazici will give a state of the city address along with updates on the city's Town Center.
The event will also feature a talk by Trenton Scott of Heartica, which provides medical equipment to individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and healthcare organizations.
Door prizes will include two $25 gas cards and bottle of Valor Wine in honor of Officer Stan Chapin.
