Starbucks Treat Receipts Back for August—What's Your Favorite Drink?

Save your receipt from any drink purchased before 2 p.m. and then come back at 2 for a $2 grande cold beverage.

It's back.

During the month of August, Starbucks is rolling out its popular treat receipt program.

As if you needed another reason to buy a second cup of coffee.

The gist: Buy a drink before 2 p.m., save your stamped receipt and bring it back after 2 p.m. to get any grande (16 oz.) cold beverage for $2. Well, plus tax.

It's the perfect program in a state such as Washington, where it's cool enough for a hot coffee in the morning and (knock on wood) warm enough for an icy treat in the afternoon.

So bring on the iced lattes, the passion tea lemonades and the mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos.

Ahh, summer.

There are four Starbucks standalone locations in Edmonds. We're sure you know where they all our, but you can still check our directory to find out where your closest one is.

What's your favorite cold Starbucks drink? Let us know in the Comments.

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children. Market day is a date of dinner out (side) & shopping (vegetables, fruits and now HedgeHog Toffee) with my husband. Doesn't get much better than that! SEE YOUR THERE! Susan Gerend
