Trader Joe's is ready for trading spaces.
The popular Issaquah grocery store store is preparing to move this week to its new location at Issaquah Commons. Staff said the store will be vacating its current space by Nov. 13 and will open its new, larger location at 975 Gilman Blvd. on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
The former Issaquah Commons location of Party @ Display and Costume, which moved earlier this year to East Lake Sammamish Parkway, has been expanded for Trader Joe’s, so it will have more than the 10,000 square feet required for private retailers to sell liquor in Washington; Trader Joe’s current location at Pickering Place is too small.
