Auction.com announces the completed sale of Best Buy (Bldg A) - East Lake Sammamish Shopping Center, located in Issaquah, Wash. The 45,440-square-foot retail property was listed by Capital Pacific and auctioned on July 24, 2013.
The asset was among 20 commercial sales that closed during the week ending September 6, 2013 after being sold on the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace. Assets spanned 11 states and had a combined total sales value of more than $65 million.
