UPDATE: Dolsot Korean Re-Opens After Second Mandatory Closure
The new Korean restaurant in Gilman Village was closed a second time in a little over two months since the restaurant has been in business.
Update, Wednesday, May 1, 5 p.m.: Dol Sot was permitted to re-open by health inspectors after correcting problems found in the April 30 inspection.
Original Story: Dolsot Korean Cuisine in Issaquah was closed again by Public Health - Seattle & King County on Tuesday — about a month after it was closed for food safety violations and two months after it opened at Gilman Village.
The health department says an inspector found the following problems during a visit yesterday:

- Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures
- Improper cooling of potentially hazardous food
- Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food, cold holding
- Failure to correct repeated violations
The repeated food closures may drive the new restaurant permanently out of business. Public Health - Seattle & King County can revoke an establishment's permit if it has had its permit suspended three times in a 12 month period.
Last month, health inpectors closed the restaurant due to similar concerns over the potential for food-bourne illness. The concerns in March were:

- Potentially hazardous foods (PHF) at unsafe temperatures
- PHF improperly reheated
- Inadequate facilities to control temperature of PHF
- Poor personal hygiene practices
- Handwashing facilities inaccessible
- Failure to correct repeated violations
