Post Birth Announcements Free on Sammamish-Issaquah Patch

If you've got joyous news, share it on the site and we'll feature it to help you create a "virtual" baby book souvenir.

There's an easy and free way to announce your good news to the world--share it on Patch!

We host birth announcements, graduation, wedding, school and sports awards announcements, and pretty much any great news you want to share, in your own words. And if Grandma and Grandpa live in a different Patch town, you can share your good news on their local Patch site, too!

What's more, if you add a photo of your brand new baby, your sports star, your scholar, or the happy couple, let us know at sammamishpatch@gmail.com and we can feature your announcement in the top spot on the page for a while so you can save a screenshot to create a cool digital memory book (see the example here in the screen shot we created yesterday).

Our Patch sites are designed in a way that is easy for users to post their own announcements, and it's so easy to tweet the results or to share your announcement on Facebook.

If you're not sure where to start, check out the video tutorial attached to this article to see how to do this, step by step. After you finish watching the video, consider using the techniques in the video to post on the Patch.

Not signed up with a free Patch account yet? .

And if your announcement involves an upcoming event, , so no one misses the big day!

We had a really great time and are very grateful to EBC for all they do for our residents and theRead More Eastside community. Volunteering was a great experience and we hope other groups are inspired to help out!

Thank you so much for sharing this great event on Patch! What a cool thing to do--as an IssaquahRead More resident, I really appreciate your involvement with EBC.

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children. Market day is a date of dinner out (side) & shopping (vegetables, fruits and now HedgeHog Toffee) with my husband. Doesn't get much better than that! SEE YOUR THERE! Susan Gerend
