Thanksgiving: What’s Open and What’s Closed
Services, schools closed Thursday, garbage pick up delayed one day
Here are the schedules for local services Thursday and Friday:
Garbage Pickup: Waste Management (in city) and Allied Waste Services (unincorporated areas). If your regular collection day falls on Thanksgiving, your service will be delayed one day. If your collection day comes later in the week after collection has been delayed because of a weekday holiday, your service will also be one day later that week.
