“It’s healthy for your body to be in the right size,” Monroe said.

Monroe said that the wrong size bra can lead to back pain, shoulder pain, sore breast tissue and more.

Monroe said that the right bra can also have a positive impact on the way a woman looks and feels in her clothes.

“I’m just a firm believer in dressing from the inside out,” Monroe said.

Monroe said that wearing the right bra can have a very transformative effect on a woman’s body and her outfit, leading to increased confidence and greater self-esteem.

"I think every woman deserves to feel that way,” Monroe said.

Monroe has been professionally fitting bras for almost 12 years. She cautions that the process can be very intimate but says that they try and offer as much modesty as possible.

“It can be very personal,” Monroe said.

Each woman who has a fitting will receive a 10 percent discount on lingerie in the Perfect Fit boutique during the event.

Aside from the complimentary bra fitting, Monroe said that the event is also a great opportunity for women to contribute to cancer fighting organizations while learning about important healthcare issues like mammography.

“I think it’s important for them to know how they should be doing it and when they should be doing it,” Monroe said.
