Lucas has always been passionate about inspiring people to strive for something better.  He started his professional career at KOMO TV in Seattle as an Audience Coordinator for the live local talk show, Northwest Afternoon. He then moved to the TriCities, Washington to work as the live morning feature reporter for the NBC affiliate covering stories from Walla Walla to Yakima.  From there, he moved to San Antonio, Texas where he was the primary TV Host/Feature Reporter for the Fox affiliate.

In 2008, Lucas and his family returned to Seattle to work at KOMO TV. In late 2008, Lucas' belief that only when you develop your story are you free to fulfill your vision was the springboard to founding 4th Avenue Media, a marketing and communications firm. The company was built with a vision to be the pre-eminent storytellers in the market. Lucas' years of reporting, producing, writing, branding, and marketing fuel his relationships with clients and deliver results that exceed expectations time and time again.
