Classes Presented by Evergreen: Fundamentals of Tai Chi & Qi Gong Breathing For all levels

Tuesdays, October 8 –November 14, 2013  5:00 – 6:00 p.m. $99 per person 10% discount for each additional family member.

This class will teach you correct stress relieving and breathing practices through Martial Arts training methods in Tai Chi and Qi Gong. By the end of the class, you will have the ability to call upon learned and absorbed skills on a daily, and an as needed basis to find emotional and internal calm, as well as additional energy. Ongoing benefits include there balancing and strengthening of circulatory system, respiratory system,and joints.

About the Speaker

Mackenzie Graham

MacKenzie started training at the Bellevue school of Oom Yung Doe in May of 2006. She experienced great changes in her mental and physical ability and endurance, and she began instructing children early on in her training. By the time she had received her 1st degree black belt it was clear to her that she wanted to take on the challenge of managing a school. It is through this process that MacKenzie began to realize the power and depth of Moo Doe (Traditional Martial Arts) training and how it can truly benefit all those who chose to become practitioners and study toward the improvement of their own lives.
