Creative Kids Preschool Open House

Creative Kids Preschool, voted 2012 Best Preschool in Sammamish by Patch readers, will become Good Samaritan Episcopal School in Fall 2013. The new Head of School, Joan Sullivan, will begin enrolling students for the 2013-2014 school year in January 15th in addition to creating enhanced programs for children ages 30 months-five years (pre-threes to pre-kindergarten), before and after extended care hours, and a unique afternoon science class for four and five year olds held one to two days per week. With enough interest, the school may also add a kindergarten class. Ms. Sullivan comes to the school with 18 years experience in administering excellent preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten science programs. The curriculum will include Godly Play, a unique way for children to explore through handcrafted story sets how people learn to live together in community. Godly Play has been used all over the United States by many denominations for 30 years, as well as in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Spain, Australia, Tanzania and many other countries .
