Stellar Guest Artists Light Up Local Stage in EBT’s Nutcracker
This holiday season, Emerald Ballet Theatre’s Nutcracker shines brighter than ever when esteemed guest artists Maria Riccetto and Sascha Radetsky from American Ballet Theatre and Clara Blanco and Gennadi Nedvigin from San Francisco Ballet take to the Bothell stage. They join the Rainier Symphony Orchestra, regional professionals, and over 200 students from Emerald Ballet Academy to bring E.T.A. Hoffman’s timeless tale to life.
Local students include Emi Ilvanakis, Romana Vasyleha, Madelyn Frodsham and Kaili Kirschbaum from Issaquah; Alexandra Batoukova, Natalie Bezruchkina, Anya NatalieZotov-Allas and Ella Christensen from Sammamish; and Katalina and Natalie Simons from Preston.

Now in its sixth season, EBT’s Nutcracker, under the artistic direction of Viktoria Titova, features exquisite choreography in the Russian tradition. The four matinee performances are ideal for children to attend. Every seat at the Northshore Performing Arts Center provides excellent views of the stage, and parking is ample, close and free.
