The Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS) invites you to a Green Interfaith event called, What On Earth Are We To Do?  Within the context of global warming, we will consider Islamic teachings about caring for creation.  Participants will also explore what we might do together to respond to this worldwide environmental concern.   Follow-up  sessions with an emphasis on Biblical teachings are currently being considered by Jewish and Christian groups.

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children. Market day is a date of dinner out (side) & shopping (vegetables, fruits and now HedgeHog Toffee) with my husband. Doesn't get much better than that! SEE YOUR THERE! Susan Gerend
