There is a party going on at Lake Sammamish State Park!
Another exciting change has happened at the Park. A brand new Boardwalk that lets you leave your mud boots at home and bring your stroller when you want to get out to see where Issaquah Creek flows into Lake Sammamish.
State Parks and Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park are hosting a Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting to celebrate more of the upgrades in the Park. Come look at before and after photos and get a peek at some of the other improvements in the works. Short and surely inspiring speechifying will also occur before we cut the ribbon and tour the Boardwalk.
Come on over and play at the Park. Remember that you need a Discover Pass or a $10 day pass for your car in the State Park.
