Volunteer to Help Restore Everest Park

Join your neighbors and community
volunteers as they gather each month to remove invasive species and plant native plants in Everest Park.
 
Where to meet: Everest Park, November 2, 9am to noon
               500 8th St. South
               Kirkland, WA 98033
              

What to Bring:
Please dress for the weather (layers are encouraged), wear close-toed shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Bring a filled water bottle and snacks to munch on. Tools and training will be provided

Youth Volunteers:
Volunteers age 14-17 attending the event without a parent or guardian must bring a waiver signed by a parent or guardian to the
event with them. Go to www.greenkirkland.org to download the Green Kirkland Youth Volunteer Waiver.
Volunteer under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Directions:

From I-405 North or South:
Take the NE 85TH ST (Exit 18) toward KIRKLAND
Go WEST towards downtown Kirkland
At the first set of traffic lights Turn LEFT onto KIRKLAND WAY
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto RAILROAD AVE RAILROAD AVE (before the railway bridge)
Road becomes 8TH ST S
Continue along the road and the car park is on the left hand side
End at 500 8th St S Kirkland, WA 98033
