New Year, New Resolutions!

Every year on December 31st we welcome the New Year with celebration and a laundry list of resolutions, some that have carried over from years previous.  Although finding fitness, quitting a bad habit and taking up new hobbies are all great ideas, sometimes they simply do not find their way into our daily routines.
