Fraudulent handyman services

As a FYI for Eastside citizen. An individual named Richard Herzog who offers handyman services under HH Services is a fraud. He claims to have a General Contractors license to do Electrical, Plumbing along with household work. He showed up to finish a garage drywall project for me and did about 3.5 hrs of work and never showed up to finish the project. He texted me for 2 days that included family emergencies he's had to deal with and then didn't hear from him with the exception of a few text when I informed him he'd breach the contract and that I expected a refund. The person is a fraud and should be avoided.
