Issaquah Police to Hold Handgun Safety Class for Women

The Issaquah Police Department is taking registrations for a two-day class on Nov. 13 and 15.

The Issaquah Police Department will be holding a two-day, Women’s Handgun Safety Class from 6-9 p.m. Nov. 13 and 15. The first class will concentrate on instruction, and the second class will include shooting practice.

The class will be held at the Issaquah gun range, located in the Issaquah Police Department building at 130 E. Sunset Way.

This is a class for those who are seriously interested in building their abilities and confidence in handling their own weapon. Participants will need to supply their own ammunition.

The cost of the class is $60. You must be 18 year or older. Class size is limited.
