Man Tells Sammamish Police That .40 Caliber Handgun was Stolen From SUV

The man gave the gun's model and serial numbers to authorities.

Larceny: A Sammamish man living on 210th Avenue Southeast contacted police after he discovered that his Ford Escape had been broken into and a handgun had been stolen. The .40 caliber handgun had been in one of two backpacks taken from the vehicle after the rear cargo window was smashed. Other items stolen included electronics equipment, hand tools and various paperwork. The owner later provided police with the gun’s model and serial numbers.
