Update: Nodie Carskaden Found OK in Klahanie Area on Saturday

The 76-year-old, who has Alzheimer's disease and was missing since Friday, was located.

Nodie Carskaden, a 76-year-old woman who was last seen Friday in the Klahanie area, was found on Saturday, the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce and a person helping to look for her said.

She has Alzheimer's disease and "may be confused and agitated," according to an email alert distributed by the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce late Saturday morning.

Around 5:20 p.m., though, another email was sent by a relative, saying that she had been located. "She was in fair condition but did spend the night in the woods," according to the email.

A King County Sheriff's dispatcher confirmed to Sammamish Patch that authorities were looking for her. The relative thanked people in the community for helping to look for Nodie Carskaden.
