Sheriff's deputies received information on Feb. 7 that a suspicious red truck was parked at a residence in the 7100 block of 254th Avenue NE, just west of Union Hill in unincorportated King County near Redmond.

When deputies arrived, they found a red truck and after an investigation discovered that the truck had been stolen from Merlino Constructin on October 30.

Deputies also recovered two compacters and other tools which had also been stolen from Merlino Construction on the same day.

The recovered items are valued at over $40,000.

We too, love having our Farmers' Market return! Opening day was a bit weather-challenged. ThankRead More you merchants for enduring the wet and cold for our new extended hours! What a wonderful sight will return to the plaza when the sunshine calls back all the families with happy, giggling children. Market day is a date of dinner out (side) & shopping (vegetables, fruits and now HedgeHog Toffee) with my husband. Doesn't get much better than that! SEE YOUR THERE! Susan Gerend
