Come Meet Patch at Sammamish Days

Registrations for the local cultural celebration's Kids Parade are open now. We can't wait to see your cute children Saturday, Aug. 18.

is coming up this Saturday, Aug. 18, and we can't wait!

Patch will be on hand with a booth to meet all of you and join in the fun of this daylong cultural celebration, so be sure to stop by for a chat and to spin the wheel o' swag for some cool prizes, just for signing up for the Sammamish-Issaquah Patch newsletter.

Here are some of the highlights and info you need before the event:

  • Don't forget, kids can show off their favorite storybook character in the City of Sammamish's annual Kids Parade. Parade registration is required but it's free and now available online at the city's website. Parade check in takes place on August 18 at Mary Queen of Peace (1121 228th Ave SE) between 9:00-9:30 AM. The parade starts at 9:45 AM and ends at the (801 228th Ave SE), where Sammamish Days will be starting with lots of cultural entertainment, family activities and food trucks.
  • There will be a Mobile Food Truck Rodeo (sounds yummy!)
  • Don't miss the day of Entertainment, including a Kids Area.

Also, remember that Sammamish Days will give way to (for the 21+ crowd) with wine tasting, music, and lots of great adult fun from 6-9 p.m. Get your tickets now from the .
