Update: Macky's Dim Sum in Issaquah Reopened

The restaurant was shut down Monday afternoon, for the second time in several months; it reopened three days later.

Macky's Dim Sum located at 317 NW Gilman Blvd., #43, Issaquah, WAΒ 98027 was closed by a Public Health food inspector on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at 3:40 pm for the following food safety violations:

  • Potentially hazardous foods at unsafe temperatures
  • Improper cooling of potentially hazardous food
  • Inadequate facilities to control temperature of potentially hazardous food (hot holding)
  • Failure to correct repeated violations

The establishment was reopened on the afternoon of Dec. 13, once the inspector confirmed that all issues have been resolved.

The above noticed was posted by the King County Public Health Department. Macky's, which opened in Issaquah in 2010, was previously closed for similar reasons in early October of this year.
