King County to Close Service Desk at Sammamish City Hall

County services end June 27 and resume at Issaquah District Courthouse, starting July 10.

Starting in July, the King County services previously available in Sammamish will be moved to Issaquah District Court.

The county will offer the services β€” marriage licenses, passports, pet licenses, payment of property taxes, etc. β€” on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sammamish will continue its own passport services on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Issaquah District Court is located at 5415 220th Ave. S.E.

"We've provided them with free space here at City Hall since the beginning," City Manager Ben Yazici said, "but they wanted to locate in their own facility in Issaquah. Fortunately, they'll still be pretty close."

The county services will conclude in Sammamish on Thursday, June 27, and commence in Issaquah on Wednesday, July 10.
