So far, the margin on an advisory vote for a proposed Sammamish Community and Aquatic Center is a slim one, with 6,806 votes, or 51.09 percent, for moving ahead and 6,514 votes, or 48.9 percent, against.
So far, about 65 percent of ballots for the proposition have been verified as returned to King County.
Most Sammamish City Councilmembers have said they would honor the outcome of the advisory vote, though they expressed concern about misleading advertisements by opponents of the measure.
