Eastside Catholic Athletes Officially Commit to Schools on Signing Day

Fourteen student-athletes announced their school at an event that celebrates the student-athlete.

Several Eastside Catholic High School student-athletes were honored for their athletic and academic accomplishments at a Wednesday, April 17 "National Signing Day" event.

Fourteen Crusaders made official committments to over a dozen colleges and universities across the US. National Signing Day takes place in February for football players, which is the first date upon which high-school athletes can officially commit to intercollegiate athletics next year at an institution of higher learning.

The students gathered in the school gym at a long table with large photo posters of each behind them, taken during various athletic competitions.
