African Bike Drive

 Annual African Bike Drive will be held on Sunday April 29th  at Sammamish City Hall  801 228th Ave SE in Sammamish.  Bikes and bike parts are wanted and will be shipped to Ghana Africa. Donated bikes and parts can be
dropped off on April 29th at Sammamish City Hall from 9am – 1pm or arrangements can be made to drop off beforehand at a different Sammamish location. Volunteers are needed from 8:00am until approx 4:30 to help prepare the bikes for shipment. Handlebars and seats are lowered and the pedals removed in order to conserve space in the shipping container which will be at city hall. No bike experience is needed to volunteer. We welcome individuals, clubs, families and scout troops, etc. to assist by seeking bike donations in their neighborhoods, schools, places of worship and work. Donations are tax deductible.
