Skyline Boys Lacrosse Dominate Overlake

Skyline's next match is Friday evening against Oregon's Timberline.

Skyline capitalized on a hot start to easily handle Overlake 14-6 in a boys lacrosse match on Tuesday night at Overlake in Redmond.

Max Saffle, Jack Pruitt and Ryan McMackin each netted three goals to lead the Spartans.

Skyline struck early scoring three in the first and adding another four in the second for a 7 – 1 lead at the intermission before cruising to the win. Pruitt set the stage for the Spartan offense as he grabbed 10 ground balls and Cory Larson had 12 saves in goal.

With the win, Skyline advances to 2-0-0 on the season, while Overlake is winless in 2 starts. Skyline next takes on Oregon’s Timberline, in a 5:30 pm start Friday, March 25 at Islander Middle School on Mercer Island.
