Breakdown: Skyline has rebounded well from its 1-2 start (losses to Bellevue and Lake Oswego of Oregon), winning its past three games in impressive fashion. The Spartans are still giving up some points to opponents, but their offense is rolling, posting an average of 48.7 point per game during the winning streak.

Quarterback Max Browne has been impressive all season, but is coming off a blistering three-game stretch in which he has completed 61 of 83 passes for 862 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The Skyline defense has managed to hold opponents when it matters, with Peyton Pelluer notching 16 tackles in last weeks’ 49-20 win over Newport.

Jackson is 4-2 on the season, including a 42-16 win last week over Cascade. Jackson has been susceptible to giving up big point totals, surrendering 63 in a loss two weeks ago to Edmonds-Woodway, so Skyline should have a chance to continue its recent offensive barrage.

Patch Pick: Skyline 42, Jackson 21.
