Video: At Teen Fest 2011, Skateboarders Defy Gravity, Enjoy the Courage of Youth
The annual event for teenagers in Sammamish and the area was held Friday - and had a skateboard competition.
Teen Fest 2011 at on Friday saw about 50 to 60 young skateboarders participate in a competition before Seattle rap artist Macklemore performed in the evening.
The skaters spun, jumped, slid and flew through the air.
Sammamish Patch sat under the sun to watch some of Sammamish's finest - in the skateboard world, that is - perform for the crowd.
