Evergreen Primary Care Center

<p>The Evergreen Primary Care Center in Sammamish is one of six centers operated by the Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. It is located in the Saffron shopping plaza and is open every day but Sunday.</p> <p>Drs. <a href="http://www.evergreenhospital.org/body.cfm?xyzpdqabc=0&id=407&action=detail&ref=15223">Leena Chacko</a>, <a href="http://www.evergreenhospital.org/body.cfm?xyzpdqabc=0&id=407&action=detail&ref=11892">Luba Kihichak</a> and <a href="http://www.evergreenhospital.org/body.cfm?xyzpdqabc=0&id=407&action=detail&ref=11363">William McKee</a> specialize in primary care and family medicine. They also offer services for women's health, preventive care, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, sports medicine, geriatrics, minor surgery and alternative medicine. English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Russian and Ukranian are spoken at the center.</p> <p>The clinic provides X-ray, lab and mammography services, and  nurses can be contacted at no charge 24 hours a day by dialing 425-899-3000 and pressing 2 at the prompt. </p>
