The city of Sammamish rents the park's Beaver Lake Lodge, a 1,847-square-foot building which can accommodate up to 150 people. The lodge has a gas fireplace and commercial kitchen. While the lodge can be rented for weddings, meetings and parties, the grass area in front of the building remains open to the public.
