<p>As of December 2010, the <a href="http://www.pinelakecommunityclub.com/rental.html">rental price</a> for Friday from 5pm to midnight was $300, plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. On Sundays, the rental fee is $40 per hour, plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.</p>
